Class Newsletters and Homework

This term we will be looking at salt crystals.  Each child needs to bring to school a 

glass jar

1/2 cup of salt

by week 2 please

SPELLATHON

Thsi term we are having a Spellathon, each child will come home with a spelling list.  Please help your child to learn these words.  We are hoping to raise $10,000.   There are also prizes to be won.  Thanks your help with this matter.  

Some ways to help your child learn their spelling words.

1. Create a Spelling Pyramid for each of you spellathon words

Mother 

2. Write spelling words three times, first in pencil, second in crayon, third in felt tip pen

3. Write your spelling words with your right hand then your left hand.

4.  Make flashcards

5. Draw a picture and hid the words in the picture.
