This is us dressed up as book week animals.

 

 

Today is St Patricks Day and we dressed up in red, black and green to raise money for the Christchurch Earthquake appeal.  We raised over $1000.  Well done us!

 

 

These pictures are of us and Constable Dave.  Over the course of 3 sessions, Constable  Dave spoke to us about being Confident Kids.  Some of us tried on some of his uniform and then he took us for a ride in his police car around the field.

 

 

On Friday 26th we had some student teachers from Laidlaw College come and teach us for the day.  We studied Alaska, and did some cool activities.  We made igloos, looked at slides and learnt about the land and its people.  

 

 

On Tuesday 30th and Wednesday 31st of August we performed our Junior School Operetta called "Are You My Mother?"  We were toy hippos and we performed exceptionally well (I was really proud of the children!).  Here are just a few of the photos that have been taken.

 

 

Last term we went to the Lynn Ray gym again for our second gymnastics lesson.  Here is a selection of photos from that day.
